| Another aspect of CCD is that we provide the Campaigning Institution (CI) with easy online management of all fundraising activities. In the Campaign Overview portion of the Dashboard, registered members of the CI can easily view campaign information for all fundraising campaigns of the CI, including the Campaign Name, the Requestor, the Requested Amount, the Status, the Start Date, the Total Donation, the CCD Fees, the Stripe Fees, the Total Received Amount, the Percent Complete and the End Date. |
The Campaign Name is self-explanatory. However, they are used by the POC, SPOC and TPOC to easily differentiate between the many campaigns that the CI may have run or are currently running.

The Requestor is the person within the CI that submitted the campaign request to the POC. In the case of a high school, for example, the requestor may be a coach, administrator or teacher. In the case of a Sheriff’s Office, for example, the requestor may be the Sheriff, a deputy, an administrator or a volunteer. |

The Requested Amount is the amount that is needed by the requestor in order to purchase the delineated good or service using the CCD website. The Requested Amount includes: the amount that is needed by the requestor in order to purchase the delineated good or service; the CCD fee, which is 2.7% of the amount needed for the good or service; and the Stripe Fee, which is 2.9% of the sum of the CCD fee and the amount needed for the good or service, plus ¢30 per donation. It should be noted that, the Stripe Fee will change as more donations are received as a result of the ¢30 fee per donation. For example, if $100 is collected from a single donation, the Stripe fee will be $2.90 plus ¢30 for the single donation. However, if $100 is collected from 50 donations, the overall Stripe fee will be $2.90 plus $15.00 (¢30 X 50). Because the Stripe Fee changes as the campaign progresses, the Requested Amount will likewise change as the campaign progresses.

| The Status indicates whether a campaign is pending, is active, has closed or has ended. If a campaign is pending, that means that the campaign is waiting for approval by CCD, by the SPOC or by the TPOC. If a campaign is active, that means that the campaign is currently open for receiving online donations. If a campaign has closed, that means that the campaign has received the total Requested Amount, and the campaign can no longer receive any donations. If a campaign has ended, that means that the campaign has expired after the allotted three month period to receive donations and the total Requested Amount has not been received. If a campaign has ended, the campaign can no longer receive donations. |
| The Start Date is the date that a campaign posted on the CCD website in order to receive online donations. |
| The Total Donation is the total amount of money to date that has been received for a particular campaign. |
| The CCD Fees is the total amount of money to date that has been allotted to CCD from the total amount of money to date that has been received for a particular campaign. The CCD fee is 2.7% of the Total Donation for a particular campaign. |
| The Stripe Fees, as mentioned above, is 2.9% of the sum of the CCD fee and the amount needed for the good or service, plus 30¢ per donation. As further noted above, the Stripe Fee will change as more donations are received as a result of the 30¢ fee per donation. For example, if $100 is collected from a single donation, the Stripe fee will be $2.90 plus 30¢ for the single donation. However, if $100 is collected from 50 donations, the overall Stripe fee will be $2.90 plus $15.00 (30¢ X 50). |
| The Total Received Amount is the total amount of donations received to date for a particular campaign. |
| The Percent Complete is the percentage amount of the Requested Amount, as divided by the Total Received Amount. |
| The End Date is three months after the Start Date of a particular campaign. |
